​ABC’s of Mentoring (AoM) is the brain trust of Rudolph Bowers, founder.  The basis of AoM is to provide teens with an opportunity to grow and exceed the stereotypical label put on them by their peers as well as adults. It’s also a second chance at life and learn new ways to cope with issues in their lives.

Having someone who "has been there done that," guiding students can impower and direct them toward a successful life. Mr. Rudolph Bowers has a heart for young people and is willing to impart his experiences. Mr. Rudolph Bowers has enlisted a diverse group of dedicated individuals to assist him in mentoring students.
